The role involves phoning our customers on a day to day basis, keeping them informed of when their servicing and MOT's are due, booking them in and following up to make sure they had an excellent experience when with us.
The right person will need to have excellent customer skills, along with a bubbly personality and a drive and passion for providing excellent customer care. A good telephone manner is essential, along with an ability to work on your own and have the self discipline to project manage the workload and keep accurate records.
You will need to have a reasonable grasp of technology and systems, and be able to adapt and prioritise under pressure. Experience on administration of database and/or call centre working would be desirable.
